>>For ADW.Launcher:-
1) Go to ADW settings
2) Select Themes
3) Choose 'CleanOrigin IconPack' and hit 'Apply'
4) Enjoy the Beautiful Icon Pack.
>>For Apex Launcher
1) Go to Apex settings
2) Select Theme settings
3) Select 'CleanOrigin IconPack and hit 'Apply'
4) Enjoy the Beautiful Icon Pack
>>For GO Launcher EX
1) Go to Themes
2) Select the Setting icon at the Top Right corner
3) Swipe right to get the Icons menu
4) Select Theme icon in Icon style
5) Choose 'CleanOrigin IconPack
6) Enjoy the Beautiful Icon Pack
>>For Nova Launcher
1) Go to Nova Settings
2) Look and feel
3) Select Icon Theme
4) Choose 'CleanOrigin IconPack'
5) Enjoy the Beautiful Icon Pack
>>For Holo Launcher
Icon pack does not work in app drawer
But if u want the icons to be replaced in the Homescreen then it is possible
1) Drag the desired Icon from the app drawer to Homescreen
2) Long Press on the Icon and select 'Edit'
3) When the popup appears, select the Icon image
4) When u get Icon Type popup select Icon Pack
5) Select 'CleanOrigin IconPack' and choose the Themed icon
6) Enjoy the Beautiful Icon Pack
