This theme is for the New Theme Engine only and you need to be rooted and on a custom ROM like CM11, PA etc

Blanc is a CM11/PA theme with flat colors, material design and long shadows. It also derives inspiration from the new Android L UI. A great attention has been paid to even the tiniest details to give your phone an ultra modern UI. It includes very high res graphics and will look very sharp on xxhdpi and xhdpi resolution devices.
